The Immunisation Service will visiting Hornbeam on the 13th November 2025. Discuss this immunisation with your child and complete the 'seasonal flu form' at www.kentimmunisations.co.uk
before 4pm on 10th November 2025 to let us know if you would like your child to receive the vaccine.
