Year 4 Trip - Wildwood

As part of our science unit next term, Year 4 will be visiting Wildwood Canterbury on Monday 28^th April. The trip will be within normal school hours. The cost for this trip will be £15 (Payable through Eduspot or cash to the office) and will include transport to and from the venue as well as a habitats workshop. The park rangers at Wildwood will deliver an interactive workshop building on the children’s scientific knowledge.

The children will need to bring a packed lunch on the day in a rucksack, as we will be having lunch at the park. Children will be expected to carry their own lunch so the rucksack would make this easier. Children will be required to wear their normal school uniform, and we suggest a light raincoat and sensible shoes, e.g. trainers.

This trip is being heavily subsidised by the school.  We will be holding a film night to raise additional funds which will be used towards the cost of the coach needed for the trip, we would be extremely grateful if you could support us with this.
